upload e-mail addresses from excel file

I have a list of almost 300 clients e-mail addresses. Does anyone know how to
upload them from excel format into Outlook without have to do one by one?

Create a named range in the spreadsheet containing the data you want to import, then use File | Import and Export in Outlook.

In addition to what Sue said, be aware that if you are using Office 2007,
Outlook will not import from xlsx documents - you will need to save the file
first as an old xls-type file...
