upload/download pages

Am having trouble trying to setup an upload html page on
my site. Finaly figured out how to username/password
protect the upload forms page however now am unable to get
the actual upload to work. The hosting network is
acomhosting.com and I use windows NT server on that
network. Can this be done using FrontPage, including the
downlod page? I want to be able to assigne usernames and
passwords to family members to allow them to upload and
download files placed in certain folders.

You need to contact your host to see if they allow the upload function and if they will allow
permissions to be set, etc.

depends on whether your host allows uploading through a web page or not.
