Upgrading XP Home

Can I upgrade XP Home sp2 by purchasing a boxed copy of XP Pro? A couple mos
ago I purchased a system with a pre installed copy of XP Home. I later
installed sp2. The reinstallation disk contains an image, complete with OEM
drivers and software. Obtaining drivers is a pain and the software isn't
available on any other media. I, also, don't want to reconfigure.
 
A further caveat: you MUST buy XP Pro Upgrade Edition in order to upgarde
from Home. If you buy XP Pro Full Retail it is more expensive: however it
can't be used to upgrade, it needs to be a clean install.
