Upgrading to Windows XP from Windows ME

I am the original owner of a Sony VAIO Digital Studio
computer, Model No. PCV-RX465DS, which came with the
Windows ME operating system pre-installed. I now would
like to install Windows XP and have purchased the
upgrade. It appears that I will need my original CDs --
Windows ME, System Recovery, Application Recovery, and
Driver Recovery -- but I am unable to locate them. I have
communicated with Sony, which indicates that it cannot be
of assistance because its license to distribute the old
Windows ME-related disks has expired. Please advise how I
can acquire additional copies of the old disks I will need
to install the upgrade to Windows XP that I have
purchased. Thank you! Please copy any reply to
(e-mail address removed). Thanks again!

Greetings --

No one but Sony could possibly provide you with replacement copies
of their OEM CDs.
