Upgrading to PRO from Home.

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 laptop with XP
Home. I have a full version of XP Pro and want to install
it on my laptop. If I purchase the install s/w, am I
entitled to one full version of XP Home?
 
Technically no, because your EULA for the Home is only for your laptop.

Hi Bob
If XP Home was provided with your laptop its highly likely that it is an OEM
version. On an OEM version the license is only valid on the hardware it was
sold with and cannot be moved to another machine.
