upgrading to Access 2003

What is the impact on the existing access 2002 files when we upgrade to access 2003 from access 2002?
Could someone kindly highlight the issues if any?

Just about all the changes in Access 2003 were bug-fixes and
Office-cross-application enhancements -- with the enhancements mostly
applicable to collaboration in a corporate environment. Many, including me,
are not pleased with the changes to the user interface to help in Office
2003 -- we think that making online help the first choice, and removing the
extremely helpful Index tab make it worse, not better.
