Upgrading to 2003

I already have office 2000 on my computer. Have purchase office 2003. Will
I loose all my saved email in my outlook folders when i upgrade?
 
No, but backup allways advised in any upgrade.
In the specific case of OL2003, in order to take advantage of the new pst
format you will in any case have to create a new pst and copy data from old
pst to new.
