Upgrade to Office 2003

I have Office 2000 and have purchased a copy of Office 2003 Professional to
install. The new 2003 is not an upgrade, but the full version. I know I need
to uninstall the 2000 first. How can I save all my Outlook e-mail folders and
calendar items so they will be in the right place when I install the 2003
version?

No need to uninstall, when you install 2003, it will ask if you want to
upgrade the old version.

Well thats not the whole story because OL2003 will then still be using the
old format pst, which is probably not the best way to go

No matter how he does it, his old pst files will be in the old format, if he
wants them in the new format he will have to make new pst files in 2003 and
move stuff over. That is IF he uses pst files.
