Upgrading PST to 2007

I have Outlook 2002 and have a PST.
I now have Outlook 2007. From what I have been told I should upgrade this to
the new file format because of the size. Currently my PST is 1.5GB.
What's the best route to go about doing that?

Within OL, File new data file (unicode format) copy data from old set of
folders to the new set. Close OL, in data file management set the new data
file as the default msg store.
Once you have copied all old data, close this set
