I am running Windows 2000 Professional SP4. I am trying to upgrade my IE browser from 5.5 to 6. Each time I launch the browser I get a dialog box that says that IE will close down due to an incomplete installation and that rebooting is required. I have rebooted several times and continue to get the same dialog box. How can I wipe out IE 5.5 and install IE6 instead?

Ask them in an IE group.
