Upgrading from XP to Vista

I wish to buy a new PC and use my present 80Gb C drive (with XP OS) as a
supplimentary(D?)drive in the new PC.
On my new hard drive I want to install Vista and then transfer from my
present drive all the E Mails in OE and Favourites in IE6.
Can you please direct me to a worksheet that will give me this information.
