Upgrading from X1900 GT?

I've been using an X1900 GT for a while and happy with it. Now, I have an
opportunity to sell it for $30 less than what I paid if I wish. Would it
make sense to upgrade from the X1900 GT to something like the X1950 Pro or
XT?

To the X1950 Pro? Not worth the time or the $30.

To the X1950XT? Depends on the game. The XT is much faster, so it'll let you
play at a higher resolution and AA setting, which may or may not be
meaningful, depending on the maximum resolution of your monitor. In the most
demanding games, like Oblivion, an XT will make a big difference, giving
playable framerates with HDR + AA.
