Upgraded to ACCESS2003 and now cannot create a report or get a de.

Upgraded to ACCESS2003 and now cannot create a report or get a design view of
a report. Already un & re-installed to no avail. Previous databases open up
but cannot run existing reports, cannot open design view, cannot create new.
All other functions (query, tables, macro, etc.) work fine.
 
Make sure that you have a default printer defined in Windows.
 
You need to convert the (Access 97?) MDB to the new version, instead of just
opening it:
Tools | Database Utilities | Convert

If that does not work, double-check that this is not an MDE file.
