Upgraded from XP problems

Hi all, bought an xp upgrade to home premium and downloaded it online.
Had massive problems with my programs which support can't seem to sort out.
Doed anyone know if it is possible to reinstall vista if i have only
purchased an upgrade download

Hi Royboy,

Further to brink's post, can I refer you to my post 'Clean Install Windows
Vista Using Upgrade Media', also in this newsgroup (dated 9/21/2007) for
detailed instructions. Please note that you will need the Vista disk, so you
will either have to burn your downloaded version to DVD or borrow a copy.
Either way, use the product key that came with the downloaded version.
