Upgraded CPU and motherboard using XP

Help,
I just upgraded CPU and motherboard, ran Repair using XP
CD and now when Windows tries to load I get error message:
*** Stop: 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xF79FFAD9, 0xF7C85780,
0xF7C85480). I have tried the repair 3 times with no
resolution. Thanks for any help provided.
