I have a new machine with XP Pro SP1. At the Update
site, after I select the downloads I want to download,
the "Microsoft Windows Update -- Web Page .." dialog box
says " Do you accept the terms of the pending License
Agreement?" but there are no options to agree or
disagree!! (The word "Agreement?" is on the last line of
the dialog box.)

What can I do to get updates?
Thanks

Hello!
This may be resolved by performing the following steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Internet Property from the drop down menu
4. Click on the Connection tab
5. Click on the Lan Settings button
6. Remove the check mark from automatically detect setting
7. Remove the check mark from Use automatic configuration
script
8. Click Ok and close Internet Explorer

Try this:-Windows Update Greyed Out - Restore (Line 179)
