Hello, my friend recently tried to upgrade to XP home from ME and when it goes to finish the install or setup she keeps getting the blue screen of death, even after a scan disk and defrag, could she be missing a driver or something? Any ideas she is pulling he hair out. Thank you in advance.

Did you run the Upgrade Advisor first? See the System Check from the
menu when you first run XP.
You may have to uninstall older drivers and software that may not work
with Windows XP and thus causing the crashes.
I suggest uninstalling XP and go through the process again, doing the
system check first.
