Upgrade to Windows Media Center 2005

Currently have Windows Professional SP2.

Am I able to upgrade to Media Center 2005. Is there any requirements for
that? Any benefit to upgrading.

You cannot upgrade to Windows Media Center. It is a superset
of Windows XP Professional and is only available as an OEM
version with the purchase of a Windows Media Center PC.
