upgrade to vista

I'm very happy with xp pro on my network. Is Vista truly worth the upgrade?
I recently purchased two new computers and stuck with xp. my concern is
that vista will use more overhead. my network is secure, so... is vista
truly worth it?

Wait until SP1 - there are huge amounts of driver problems at the moment.
