Upgrade to SP4

When i upgrade to SP4 i receive this error,
The file c:\winnt\system32\wuaucpl.cpl is open or is in
use by another application

Wuaucpl.cpl is the Windows Update AutoUpdate Control Panel applet.

Have you download the complete service pack?
