Upgrade to OutlookXP - Today Screen issues

I just upgraded to Outlook XP from Outlook 2000; the
problem with the "Customize Outlook Today" button seems to
have subsided (though at the same time, the "My Computer"
and "My Network Places" links are broken; what's with
that?) - but now, the standard Outlook Today screen shows
up in three-column form, with a red "X" showing a broken
image link at the upper left corner, and other apparent
broken image links scattered throughout the page.

I go to customize Outlook Today, and can set things like
number of days of schedule to show, and such; but in the
Styles section, whichever style I choose, the preview
image once again shows a red "X". I select, for
example, "Winter", and click save, and the change hits.

But when I start Outlook again, it's gone back to the
standard three-column screen. Doesn't matter if I want
two columns, one, or whatever, the saves won't stick.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance--

BK

The following MSKB article should help:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;305970&Product=ol2002

Incidentally, if you weren't aware, the Customize Outlook Today problem in
Outlook 2000 was caused by an Internet Explorer critical update. More
information on that can be found in this MSKB article:

Problem solved. Yay! Thanks!

(I did find that knowledge base article on Outlook 2000
before, but thanks for that as well. Is that the same
thing that killed the links on the left side of the "My
Documents" folder in Windows Millenium? The ones that
would let you go to My Computer or My Network Places?)

Thanks again!
