As yours was the first message in a thread, it's hard to determine just what
"this" you can't do with microsoft Access 2003.

you must upgrade to microsoft access 2004:

I don't know what the link was intended to show, but it certainly didn't
call for an upgrade to either Access 2004 or Access 20004, neither of which
exist.
