Upgrade to 2000 from 98

Hi all,

I update from Win 98 to Win 2000, after the upgrade it
gave me some of the missing or incompatible drivers
(Printer, scaner etc).

Every thing else is working but the system does not find
the modem even though it did not gave me a error message
while upgrading. How could this happen and is there way to
fix it. I do not know the specs of the modem, some one
built the machine for me.

Appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

Thanks

You can pop the lid and get the FCC ID number off of your modem and identify
it here.
