upgrade outlook on terminal server

Huwy

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade outlook from 2000 to 2003 on a terminal server.
However when I run the install from CD I'm not getting an 'upgrade' option.
Is there any way around this?

If not and I reinstall from scratch will I need to re-setup outlook for each
user?

Mail profile information should be retained, but when moving from OL 2000 to
OL 2003, it's usually a good idea for each person to have a new mail
profile. Do these people connect to an Exchange server or do they use PSTs?

Thanks for getting back. They are on exchange.

I believe the update should be fairly smooth, then (but I've not been a
witness to such an update). I'd make sure any OST gets deleted before
people open the new Outlook for the first time.
