Upgrade Issue with Home-Student 2007

I have upgrade issues with PURCHASED suites...

I recently purchased a Windows 7 Laptop, and UNINSTALLED the TRIAL version
of Home-Student 2007, since I OWN the Small Biz Version and the laptop had
WORKS latest version included.

I tried to load my UPGRADE version of MS Office Small Business Edition 2007
(which
said that it would upgrade over any version of MS Works). It did NOT
recognize the Works version on a 1 month old laptop...

I then loaded a PURCHASED version of Home-Student 2007 (special pricing when
I bought the laptop), but was not connected to the internet so I could not
"initiate" the installation (or whatever word they use for verifying the
software).

I immediately installed the Small Biz 2007 edition (which worked that time),
but did not "initiate" it at that time.

I logged onto the internet this morning, did the "initiate" routine, and was
very surprised to see the NON-COMMERCIAL banner on the Title Bar of Word or
any other app in the suite.

Should I uninstall everything, just install OneNote in the Home version, and
then install Small Biz?

I use this for my business, therefore I need a COMMERCIAL version...which
was the reason for purchasing the Small Biz edition...

Thanks for any help...
