Upgrade from outlook 2002 to 2007

Can you upgrade from outlook 2002 to 2007 or do you need to purchase the 2007
program
 
Odd question. Exactly how did you expect to use a new version without
purchasing it? When did "upgrade" and "purchase" become mutually exclusive?
 
There is no upgrade option for standalone Outlook. They have always been full versions, not upgrades.

After you purchase Outlook 2007, as per the previous replies, you can
upgrade your current version.
