Upgrade from ME to XP

My upgrade seems to be 'stuck' on the last process of the
upgrade -- Finalizing Installation; Screen reads as
follows:
Complete in approximately 23 min.

has been running on the 'last' step of the upgrade process

If any anti-virus products are running (i.e. Symantec,
McAfee, Trend, etc.) the install will hang or error out.
Also, any background or taskbar items will cause the
install to possibly hang. Unplug any USB or external
devices during the install/upgrade as well.

This should fix the issue.
