OK This is my last say on this as I see you are getting overwhelmed with
responses. Appears all are in favor that the CD should be bootable and in
fact it is because you have done so. Either one of two things now. Corrupt
CD in the setup files or HDD failure. Have you tried running setup.exe from
the Run command? I would do something simple like run chkdsk on the drive or
get a freeware disk repair.
