upgrade from 2000 to 2007

How do transfer my e-mails / address book when I upgrade from outlook 2000 to
2007 as I have clean 2007 outlook after upgrade
 
Everything is kept in your pst-file so once you installed and configured
Outlook 2007 use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to connect to it.
