Upgrade from 2000 to 2003

First of all, please accept my apology to cross post to two different groups
as I am not sure which group should I post this into.

The question I am having is that we are currently running MS Exchange 2000
server (Enterprise edition) on Windows 2000 server, and we have our Active
Directory running on Windows 2000 server also. We want to know how to
upgrade to Server 2003 and my boss found us a few white papers in upgrading
from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 servers. However, we want to know how we
can proceed to upgrade our environment (both AD and Exchange) from 2000 to
2003, and more importantly the sequence of upgrade. Which one (AD, Exchange,
Operating system) should we do first and what are the things that we need to
pay attention to?

Would anyone have experience in this matter? Or any documents / links that
can provide more info in this subect?

Thank you very much.

Important note: E2k on Win2k3 is not supported. Hence, you should upgrade
Exchange first to E2k3, then only upgrade the Windows to Win2k3.
