upgrade f/win98 to win2000

I have just upgraded to win 2000 from win 98. My Canon
has not printed since. Error message "unable to
communicat with device. Plz start MPservice from the
services applet in control panel" I have not found any MP
service in control panel. Any suggestions are greatly
appreciated.

MPservice = Cannon Multipass service.
Go to Cannon's site and download and install the drivers for your printer
compatible with your OS.
