Trouble printing

i have trouble printing with my printerCANON MPC 190. I"ll used all steps
from help section but it's doesnt work.
After print it display this;
" unable to communicate with the device and Please start 'MPService' from
the service applet in this control panel . Then please right clik on the
status monitor to reconnect and try again"


so,please give me an idea to solve this problem.

this sounds like the XP SP2 TCP/IP loopback problem. Did you pickup the
latest driver at Canon's website. They changed the configuration of the
mpservice.

There is also a tcpip.sys hotfix from Microsoft, but reconfiguring the
mpservice is the easier solution.

iam having printing over laps smears (e-mail address removed)
