upgrade 2000

My computer crashed 3 weeks ago. Got everything back ok -
except, I thought when I purchased computer from Dell with
windows 2000 I thought that I the orig. cd of Office 2000 -
but I have an Office XP for small business.

Question - Can I install Office XP for small business on a
Windows 2000 operating system?
