Upgrade 2000 to 2003 w/Exchange 2000 already in forest

Hi, I have a Win 2k network with 3DC's one of which is loaded with Exchange
2000. Microsoft's KB article 325379 "How to upgrade win 2k DC's to win
2003". The article states that Exchange 2000 adds 3 non-rfc attributes to
the AD schema. Now win 2003 redefined these attributes and if the 3 non-rfc
attributes are not modified the LDAPDisplayName for these attributes may be
conflicted or mangled after upgrade.

Microsoft recommends running the command line utility "ldifde". Does anyone
know where I can find more information about how to use ldifde(ie Microsoft
white papers or any good web sites) and how the syntax works for the naming
context of DC=<X>"<dn path for forest root domain>"?Also is there another
way of changing the attributes in question other than ldifde. I would like
to hear from someone who has done the upgrade.

Thanks,

Van
