the role owner attribute could not be read

Hello,

We have come accross a problem while attempting to update the Schema for
active directory.

We get an error message:

"the role owner attribute could not be read"

This happens while we are performing the ldifde update as suggested in
Knowledge base article 325379 for preventing Exchange 2003 Mangled
attributes.

We have fuull permision on the schema. We searched everywhere on the
internet and can not find a resolution to this problem. Cany anyone help?

Are you performing this on the DC that holds the FSMO Role of Schema Master?
