Upgrade 2000 Domain to 2003 with Sql 2000 on member servers

I have a 2000 domain with a Sql 2000 cluster on two member servers in the same domain

Can I run an inplace upgrade on the 2000 domain controller to 2003? What, if anything, needs to be done on the SQL cluster
