updmgr.exe has generated errors

everytime i startup pc, my win2k always prompt me "updmgr.exe has generated
errors"
is there any method to solve this problem?

Run Adaware, this is not a Windows file....delete it
I believe that Kazaa will install this file. Check Google for more info
