updating website created by someone else, how do I upload it?

I'm updating a website that was created by someone else. I was able to edit
using FrontPage and make my changes, but cannot figure out how to get the
updated page back out there. I have the user name, password, and folder -
how do I use them? Please help! Thanks!

With your FP open, File Publish site, and enter the remote url, such as
http://www.mysitename.com
