Updating tables with totals from detail

I have the following tables:
1) Project - Known by ProjectID
2) ProjectTask - Owned by Project, Known by TaskID
3) ProjectTime - Owned by ProjectTask, Known by ProjectTimeID

I want to be able to enter ActualHours in ProjectTime and have it change the
ActualHours in ProjectTask and Project. So, ActualHours in Project would be
the sum of all ActualHours in ProjectTime for that Project and ActualHours in
ProjectTask would be the sum of all ActualHours in ProjectTime for that
ProjectTask.

Also, I want to be able to enter ProjectTaskEstimatedHours in ProjectTask
and have it change the ProjectEstimatedHours in Project.

How would be the best way to approach this?
