Updating Service Packs

I'm running on Windows 2000 Service Pack 2. Any
suggestions as to whether I should upgrade to Pack 4?
 
Server or workstation? SP4 breaks Terminal Server w/ Citrix. I've also
seen other problems w/ it. I'm sticking to SP3 for now.

Basic rule 1: Are you having headaches with your current install? If so an
upgrade is adivsible. If no, you may elect to leave well enough alone.

Basic rule 2: Always elect to create an archive before installing.
