updating same site with Frontpage2002 & Frontpage 2002

I have built a site and published it online with Frontpage
2003. Can a second person now update the site with their
Frontpage 2002? She purchased the site from me and wants
to maintain it herself with Frontpage 2002.
The site uses no Web components and is basically straight
html code.

Should be no problem.
I would advise her to Publish the site from the server back to her machine
before she does anything.

That should not be a problem provided none of the FP3 specific features have been used.
