updating questions?

howdy, im working on a website in fp 2002 at school, and have already published the site, i was wondering if i could update the site at my home. if so what do i have to do to it? thanks
 
If you have FrontPage installed on your machine at home, just open the live
site and edit it.

how can he be sure he's always in sync?...so when he goes back to school he doesn't overwrite changes he made from home?
