updating pivot table

I have a spreadsheet that each month has additional rows
added with monthly information in the datasheet and for
some reason the pivot tables do not pick up the new months
information, how do I set this so that pivot table will
pick up septembers information from the datasheet and will
continue to update monthly.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
