Updating multiple worksheets within a document

Hi there

I have a word document that has multiple links to an Excel workbook and each
link is to a different worksheet within the Excel workbook.

Is there a way that I can refresh all the tables at the same time? Do I need
to open each linked object to refresh? I see the option to update all links
when printing but if someone is viewing the document can they refresh all the
links at the same time?

Ctrl+a to select the whole document, F9 to update all links within document.
This includes the external links as well as Table of Contents,
Cross-references, bookmarks, etc.
