Updating attached pages

I have created a dynamic web template & have about 100 pages created with
that template attached.
When I make changes in the dwt file and "update the attached pages", the log
indicates that it only updated about a quarter of them. When I "update all
pages" the log indicates that it only updated about 60% of the files.

The thing is: none of the files are actually being updated!

I appreciate any help or advice.

Make the updates on your disk based web and then publish changed files to
the server.
There is an issue with DWTs updating properly on a server based web.

If your host is running Windows Server 2003, have them request and install
the Windows 2003 server hot fix from here:

Note: the hot fix only works on Windows Server 2003 and no other versions.
