updating a dataset with a listbox index

Greeting All

I have a app that read the data from a Access database... all the controls
allow me to change the data and save to the file EXCEPT the listbox.
I only want to save the selected index... Any guidence?

Hi Stephen,

Can you tell something more, how do you do it with the other controls and
how do try to do it with the listbox?

There are hundreds of possibilities to do it with VB.net
