Updating a Contacts name in BCM

I have Outlook 2003 with BCM. When I update a contact name the old name or
spelling doesn't update in the e-mail address line or when the contact
details are minimised. This is a bit embarrassing when I may have originally
put their details in with an incorrect spelling or when I don't have name I
put "Owner" or "Manager" then once I have been to see them and fire off a
friendly "Thanks for seeing me today" message it shows incorrect spelling and
all other originally input details.

When you enter a name in a Contact, Outlook automatically copies the
name into the File As field, into new email addresses, etc. It also
lets you change those values. When you subsequently change the name of
the Contact, ir does not update those other fields. What if you wanted
to refer to or file someone as "Manager"? The default design is usually
to preserve data, rather than overwrite it. It's a bug for 49% of users
and a feature for the other 51%.
