Every time i try to acess win. updates i get this error #
(0x800a138f) ??? Can anyone help ?? Would be greatly

I dont know what that error code is,But windows update

usese activex to scan your computer.Do you have that
enabled?
 
Did you make sure your system time is accurate? You
might also need to unregister iutcl.dll and reinstall it.
