Forget the other reply the solutions on that site don't
work nor do the repairs from MS work. I am presently
working with MS support to find a solution to this
problem. It all began with one of the updates between July
15 and Aug 15 but so far we haven't been able to isolate
the cause. You can download and run the MBSA v1.1.1
(Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer) which will at least
keep you up to date on the security stuff. Good luck.
