Updates

I have tried to run updates several times. Some items
install but other say that the item has not passed the
Windows logo test & wont be installed. I have followed the
instructiond from the troubleshooting page but the same
problem still occurs. This also happens when I try to
update DirectX and NVidia settings.
Has anyone got any suggestions which might sort this out?
